zurich airport

I am now on the airport in Zurich - waiting in the swiss business lounge: a place cut together. from pieces. The recent reconstruction mostly relevant for the first class area was worth about 15 Mio. A good step into the future so to say...as the business lounge is the place of visitors and greenhorns: the exclusive feeling is obviously missing. However the personal seems to be not europhoric but rather in a state of unsatisfied change ?management?.  Questions about new plans change the face of the smiling receptionist into a frustrated antic.
